Billy Ray Grigsby, 62 of Greenville departed this life on April 22, 2022. His Celebration of Life Service will be on Saturday, April 30, 2022 at 2:00 PM. The Homecoming Service will be held at Mt. Elem Baptist Church located at 3102 Dalton Street, Greenville, Texas. Public Visitation will be held on Friday, April 29, 2022 from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM at Love & Integrity Funeral Services located at 4900 King Street in Greenville, Texas. Billy Ray Grigsby was born February 21,1960 to the parentage of Darniece Henry and Pearlene Johnson Grigsby. He attended school in Greenville and Dallas, Texas. Billy served in the National Guard for four years. He leaves to cherish his memories: his special friend, Bettie Dixon of Greenville; one brother, Clint Grisby (Geneva) of Greenville; four sisters, Mary Stanton (Eddie) of Greenville, Joan Allen (Kevin) of Dallas, Della Williams of Dallas, and Sandra Johnson of Balch Springs; a special brother, Gregory Hale of Greenville. He helped raise with love Janet Howard (Timmy), Edward Lewis (Shanika) and Natalie Phelps (Oliver); 12 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. He is preceded in death by his parents, 7 brothers and 2 sisters.
